Thank you for shopping with 1nfernal. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. ORDER CANCELLATION
When making any purchases through our company, all purchases are FINAL. This means if an item is labeled as a PREORDER in the description, refunds and chargebacks will not be accepted because we have installed a TERMS AND CONDITIONS box that is listed before completing your purchase, saying that you accept the wait times and abide by our company’s PREORDER fulfillment.
2. SHIPPING TIMES/ITEM DELIVERIES
All our products listed as (On-Hand) will be ready to ship to the customer. As a small business, we ask that all customers allow 14-18 business days for their orders to ship. This time frame accounts for any unforeseen delays in the process. Once you have checked our terms and conditions box and agreed to the duration and process of this release, we then ask you to claim your purchase. 3. LOST/MISSING PACKAGES
1nfernals is not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error, we will fully take responsibility for the original order that was made for you at no charge.
4. CUSTOMS
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may incur custom fees when they arrive in your country.
