RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping with 1nfernal. We value your satisfaction and want to make sure you're happy with your purchase. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully.


1. RETURN PERIOD

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


2. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


3. HOW TO START A RETURN

To start a return, contact us at 1nfernal.online@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

5. DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


6. SALE ITEMS

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.


7. EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.


8. EU 14-DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason and without justification. The item must be unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and with proof of purchase.


9. REFUNDS

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
